After a lot of speculations, leaks, rumours, and official teasers, OPPO has finally taken the wraps off its OPPO Find X5 series of smartphones. The brand unveiled its latest flagship OPPO Find X5 Pro in two processor variants, as promised. The OPPO Find X5 Pro has been launched in a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 variant and a Dimensity 9000 variant. In this article, let’s take a look at the price, full specifications, and features of the OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition and find out what the device has in store for us.

OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition Price, Availability

The OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition is priced at CNY 5,799 (₹69,440) for the 12GB/256GB memory variant and CNY 6,299 (₹75,460) for the 12GB/256GB memory variant. The device is available in black and ceramic white colours and will go on sale from March 18, 2022. Pre-orders for the device will commence on March 14 in China. So far, there’s no word on the India launch of the OPPO Find X5 series of smartphones.

OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition Specifications

Starting with the display of the device, the OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition features a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO AMOLED panel with a 20.1:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, 1,000Hz touch sampling rate, 8192-level screen dimming, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The device comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Under the hood, the OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition comes powered by a 3.05GHz octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9000 5G mobile platform, which is built on a 4nm process, and is paired with a Mali G710 10-core GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB UFS3.1 onboard memory. In the software department, the OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition boots the latest Android 12-based ColorOS 12.1 Android skin out of the box.

For photography, the OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition features a 50MP main camera (Sony S5K3M5 766) with OIS, f/1.7 aperture, a 50MP ultra-wide camera (Sony IMX766) with f/2.2 aperture, and a 13MP telephoto lens. At the front, the OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition boasts of a 32MP selfie shooter with f/2.4 aperture.

For audio, the OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition features USB Type-C audio support, stereo speakers support, and support for Dolby Atmos. Lastly, the OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition sports a 5,000mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging.
