Oppo has launched its Reno 7 series handsets in the Indian market. The Reno 7 series includes two handsets—the Oppo Reno 7 and the Oppo Reno 7 Pro. The latest Reno 7 series handsets offer 90Hz AMOLED display panels, MediaTek Dimensity processors with 5G connectivity, and 4,500mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC charging. Oppo is also offering a triple-rear camera setup on both these handsets. Let us take a closer look at the Oppo Reno 7 and Oppo Reno 7 Pro price in India, features, specifications, and availability.
Oppo Reno 7 and Oppo Reno 7 Pro Price and Availability
The Oppo Reno 7 and Reno 7 Pro both come in only one storage-memory configuration, 12GB + 256GB. The Reno 7 series devices are available in two colours—Startrails Blue and Starlight Black. The Reno 7 is priced at ₹28,999 and will be available for purchase starting February 17. Whereas, the Reno 7 Pro costs ₹39,999 and can be purchased starting February 8. Both these handsets are available via Flipkart, Oppo India Online Store and other major offline retail stores.
Oppo Reno 7 Specifications and Features
The Reno 7 flaunts a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ (2,400 × 1,080 pixel) resolution, 409ppi pixel density, 800nits peak brightness, 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The display makes room for the selfie shooter inside a punch-hole notch which helps it achieve around 90 percent screen to body ratio. The front panel also houses an optical in-display fingerprint scanner and is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The Dimensity 900 is built on a 6nm fabrication process, and comes coupled with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The device boots Android 11-based ColorOS 12.
Moving on to the cameras, the Reno 7 is equipped with a triple-rear camera setup and an LED flash. The primary sensor on the device is a 64MP shooter with f/1.7 aperture. Accompanying it is an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 118.9° field of view and an f/2.25 aperture. The handset also offers a 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. There is also a 32MP front shooter with 85° field of view and f/2.4 aperture for selfies and video calls.
Powering the Reno 7 is a 4,500mAh battery unit with 65W SuperVOOC fast charging support. The handset also offers Type-C charging port and a 3.5mm audio jack. In terms of connectivity, it offers dual-SIM, 5G, 4G, 2.4GHz + 5GHz WiFi 6 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.2, Dual-band GPS, and NFC. It measures 160.6 × 73.2 × 7.8mm and weighs 173g.

The Reno 7 Pro features a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ (2,400 × 1,080 pixel) resolution, 402ppi pixel density, 920nits peak brightness, 90Hz refresh rate display and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The handset features a punch-hole notch and an optical in-display fingerprint scanner. The display is protected with Corning’s Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
The Reno 7 Pro is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Max processor, fabbed on a 6nm process. It comes with an integrated Mali G77 GPU. The handset comes in 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device also support 7GB virtual RAM feature and boots ColorOS 12, based on Android 11.
The Reno 7 features a triple-rear camera setup and an LED flash. The primary shooter on the handset is a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with 1/1.56 sensor size and f/1.8 aperture. It gets accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 118.9° field of view and f/2.2 aperture. The handset also has a 2MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies and video calls, it offers a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor with 1/2.74-inch sensor size and f/2.4 aperture.
The Reno 7 Pro is equipped with a 4,500mAh battery unit and 65W SuperVOOC fast charging support. It has an Orbit breathing light placed around the camera module which works as a notification light. For charging and data transfers, it relies on the Type-C port. In terms of connectivity, it offers dual-SIM, 5G, 4G, 2.4GHz + 5GHz WiFi 6 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.2, Dual-band GPS, and NFC. It measures 158.2 × 73.2 × 7.6mm and weighs 180g.
