Philips Launches Two New Dolby Atmos Soundbars In India: Price, Specifications

Philips has launched two new soundbars, dubbed the TAB8947 and the TAB7807, in India today. Both soundbars come equipped with wireless subwoofers and Dolby Atmos technology. The new audio products from Philips are said to provide an immersive cinematic experience with crystal-clear sound. Philips TAB8947 And TAB7807 Soundbars Price In India, Availability

The new Philips TAB8947 soundbar is priced at ₹35,990 in India. Meanwhile, the Philips TAB7807 soundbar comes with a price tag of ₹28,990. Both soundbars are currently available for purchase at all leading online and offline stores across the country.

In terms of specifications, the Philips TAB8947 soundbar offers 3.1.2 channels, which claim to deliver an enthralling sound, thunderous effects, and crystal-clear dialogue. The soundbar has 330 watts of power. Furthermore, it comes with features such as a 360-degree surround effect, Dolby Atmos support, and AI voice assistant support.

On the other hand, the newly launched Philips TAB7807 soundbar features 3.1 channels accompanied by two 8-inch powerful subwoofers that support wireless connectivity. The soundbar has a power output of 620 watts. Additionally, it can deliver virtual 3D sound for an improved listening experience.

In terms of connectivity, both soundbars offer an HDMI IN port, an HDMI Out (eARC/ARC) port, USB playback, Wi-Fi (2.4GHz/5GHz), and Bluetooth 5.0. The Philips TAB8947 also offers a 3.5mm Aux in port. Various sound enhancement features on the soundbars include Audio sync, Treble and Bass Control, and Subwoofer volume control. Users can use the Philips Easylink technology to adjust the EQ (equaliser) modes, bass, treble, and volume settings on their soundbar with the remote control.
