The POCO X4 Pro 5G has finally been launched in the Indian market, a month after its global debut. The latest POCO X-series device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and a 5,000mAh battery unit. The POCO X4 Pro 5G is the company’s first X-series smartphone with an AMOLED display. The handset also offers a 64MP rear camera setup and boots MIUI 13 out of the box. Let us take a closer look at POCO X4 Pro 5G price in India, specifications, and features.

POCO X4 Pro 5G: Price in India and Availability

The POCO X4 Pro 5G comes in three configurations—6GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 128GB.

The POCO X4 Pro will be available for purchase starting April 5 exclusively via Flipkart. As a launch offer, POCO will offer ₹1,000 discount with HDFC Bank Cards.

POCO X4 Pro 5G: Specifications and Features

The POCO X4 Pro 5G features a 6.67 AMOLED display with a Full HD+ (2,400 x 1,080 pixel) resolution and 1,200nits peak brightness. It has a 120Hz refresh rate display that supports a 360Hz touch sampling rate and 45,00,000: 1 contrast ratio. It comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and makes room for the front selfie shooter inside a punch hole notch.

Under the hood, the POCO X4 Pro 5G packs an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 that is fabbed on a 6nm process. The system on chip comes with an integrated X51 5G modem, Adreno 619 GPU, up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 256GB UFS2.2 storage. The Snapdragon 695 is a major downgrade considering its predecessor, the POCO X3 Pro came with a much beefier Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor.

The POCO X4 Pro comes with a triple rear camera setup and an LED flash. The primary shooter on the Indian variant of the POCO X4 Pro 5G is a 64MP sensor. To those unaware, the global variant of the device offers a 108MP primary camera. The 64MP sensor on the X4 Pro is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro camera. There is also a 16MP front shooter for selfies and video calls.

The latest X-series smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery unit. It supports 67W turbo fast charging over the Type-C charging port. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, a micro-SD card slot, and a stereo speaker setup. Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 5G, 4G, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and Galileo. It comes pre-loaded with Android 11 based MIUI 13.

The POCO X4 Pro will retail in three colour variants—Laser Black, Laser Blue, and POCO Yellow. It measures 164.19 × 76.1 × 8.12mm and weighs 205grams.
