Realme recently introduced its Realme 9 Pro series of smartphones comprising the 9 Pro and the 9 Pro+. The company is now reportedly gearing up to unveil the Realme 9 5G, which, according to a new report is a rebranded version of the Realme Q3s launched in China.

Realme 9 5G to Launch Later This Month In India
Noted tipster Mukul Sharma recently shared an image on Twitter, revealing the design of the upcoming Realme 9 5G. The image resembles the Realme Q3s 5G that was launched earlier in China. The handset is expected to make its debut in India later this month. However, there is no information regarding the pricing of the smartphone.
The Realme Q3s flaunts a 6.6-inch 144Hz FHD+ display with a screen resolution of 1,080×2,412 pixels, a 90.8 per cent screen-to-body ratio, and covers 96 per cent of the NTSC colour gamut. The display can achieve 600 nits of peak brightness.
The power button integrated with a fingerprint scanner is made available on the right while the left spine of the phone carries the volume up and down buttons. There’s a 5,000mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging.
Under the hood, the Realme Q3s is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. For optics, the company has packed in a triple rear camera module comprising a 48MP primary sensor and dual 2MP shooters. On the front, users can spot a 16MP sensor for selfies and video calls.
The Realme Q3s was launched in China last year and is priced at CNY 1,499 (around ₹17,500) for the base 6GB + 128GB storage option, with the 8GB + 256GB storage option costing CNY 1,999 (around ₹23,400). The handset is offered in blue and white colour options.
