Xiaomi‘s Redmi has launched a new mid-range handset—the Redmi 10 in the Indian market. The handset is a rebranded Redmi 10C which was recently launched in Nigeria. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and a 6,000mAh battery unit. It offers a large HD+ display and a triple-rear camera setup. The Redmi 10 comes in two configurations—4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB. The pricing is as follows:

As a launch offer, Redmi will offer up to ₹1,000 instant discount with HDFC Credit Cards. The handset will be available for purchase starting March 24 exclusively via Flipkart and mi.com.

Redmi 10 Specifications And Features

The Redmi 10 flaunts a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display with a 1650 × 720 pixel resolution, 400nits peak brightness, and 60Hz refresh rate. The display panel has a waterdrop notch and is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 layer.

Under the hood, the latest Redmi handset sports an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor that is fabbed on a 6nm process. It brings with it an integrated Adreno 610 GPU, up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. The smartphone comes preloaded with the company’s proprietary MIUI 13, based on Android 11.

The Redmi 10 offers a dual-rear camera setup and an LED flash. The primary shooter on the device includes a 50MP sensor with an F1.8 aperture. Accompanying it is a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, it relies on a 5MP shooter that has an F2.0 aperture.

The mid-range Redmi device is equipped with a 6000mAh battery unit. It supports 18W fast charging over a Type-C port. Additionally, the company is bundling a 10W charging adapter in the box. It offers a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, a dedicated micro-SD card slot, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The Redmi 10 retails in three colour options—Midnight Black, Pacific Blue, and Caribbean Green. It measures 169.59 × 76.56 × 9.13 mm and weighs 203 grams. In terms of connectivity, you get dual-SIM, 4G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, AGPS, Glonass, and BeiDou.
