Xiaomi’s affordable sub-brand Redmi has expanded its Smart TV lineup with the launch of the Xiaomi Redmi Smart TV 32-inch and the Xiaomi Redmi Smart TV 43-inch. The newly-unveiled variants of the Redmi Smart TV have Chromecast Built-In, Dolby Audio, DTX Virtual X, Google Assistant support, and Miracast. Other features which these new TVs include 20W stereo speakers, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and the Quick Wake feature. These new Redmi TVs run the Android TV 11 operating system with the PatchWall 4 UI.

The Redmi Smart TV will be available in India via Amazon, Mi Home stores, Mi.com, and other authorised retail outlets across India. Redmi is yet to reveal when its new TVs will go on sale, though.
Xiaomi Redmi Smart TV 32-inch, 43-inch Specifications
As the name suggests, the all-new Xiaomi Redmi Smart TV comes in 32-inch and 43-inch versions. The latter has Full HD 1080p resolution, while the 32-inch version has HD 720p resolution. Both the TV panels have Vivid Picture Engine support that the company claims to offer exceptional colours, significant depth, and deeper contrasts. On the software side of things, these Smart TVs run Android TV 11 operating system with the PatchWall 4 UI. The TVs also has IMDB integration which displays ratings of movies and TV shows.
The Redmi Smart TVs also has features Universal Search, Kids Mode, Language Universe, Kids Mode, 75+ free live channels, and Miracast for wireless screen mirroring. The TVs also have built-in Chromecast and Google Assistant. Both the TVs come with a new Mi Remote that has dedicated buttons for Google Assistant, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. As mentioned earlier, the TVs wake up quickly from sleep, thanks to the Quick Wake feature. The Quick Wake feature can turn the TV on in less than five seconds.
In terms of connectivity, both TVs have three HDMI ports (1 ARC), one AV port, one antenna port, an Ethernet port, a 3.5mm audio port, and two USB 2.0 Type-A ports. The Redmi Smart TVs also have the Auto Low-Latency Mode, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.0. As for the audio output, both the new TVs are equipped with 20W stereo speakers and they support DTX Virtual X and Dolby Audio.
