Samsung has announced the launch of a new entry-level A-series smartphone, dubbed the Samsung Galaxy A04. The new smartphone features an octa-core processor, a 50MP main camera, and a 5,000mAh battery, among other features. The Samsung Galaxy A04 features a 6.55-inch HD+ LCD screen with an Infinity-V notch. Powering the smartphone is an octa-core Exynos 850 processor, which is paired with 4GB/6GB/8GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB/128GB of internal storage. The external memory can be further expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. In terms of software, the Samsung Galaxy A04 runs Android 12-based One UI 4.1 Core.

In terms of imaging, the Samsung Galaxy A04 offers a dual-rear camera setup, including a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone features a 5MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture. Coming to the battery of the device, the Samsung Galaxy A04 is backed by a 5,000mAh battery unit.

Connectivity features on the device include dual-SIM, 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The smartphone also retains a 3.5mm audio jack. Coming to dimensions, the Samsung Galaxy A04 measures 164.4 x 76.3 x 9.1mm and weighs around 192 grams.

As for the colour options, the Samsung Galaxy A04 comes in white, black, green, and copper shades. The brand has not revealed the pricing details for the device.
