After multiple leaks, Samsung has finally announced its newest A-series smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy A04s. The newly launched Galaxy A04s arrives as a successor to the Galaxy A03s, and offers an improved chipset and better cameras. The Galaxy A04s comes with a 6.5-inch PLS LCD display that has HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by a 2GHz octa-core processor which is paired with up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone features a triple-camera setup and packs a 5,000mAh battery. The Samsung Galaxy A04s comes in a 3GB/4GB RAM option along with 32GB/64GB and 128GB of internal storage. Samsung hasn’t yet revealed the pricing and availability details of the device. We will be updating these details once Samsung announces the pricing of the device. The phone comes in black, white, copper and green colour options.

The Samsung Galaxy A04s sports a 6.5-inch PLS LCD display with an HD+ 720 x 1600 pixel resolution. The display panel supports a refresh rate of up to 90Hz and it has a water-drop-shaped notch that houses the selfie camera. The device is powered by a 2GHz octa-core processor, which could possibly be the Exynos 850 as per past leaks. The System on Chip consists of up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device also has microSD card support for storage expansion beyond 128GB.

As for the software, Samsung’s latest A-series device runs Android 12 out of the box. The smartphone features a triple-camera setup which consists of a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP depth camera, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies and video calls, the handset relies on a 5MP camera that has an f/2.0 aperture lens.

Furthermore, the device packs a 5,000mAh battery. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 4G, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, NFC, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.
