Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy A22 in India today. The device was already available for sale via offline stores ahead of the official launch. This new mid-range smartphone from Samsung comes with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display and features a 48MP quad-camera. The device is powered by a massive, 5,000mAh battery which is compatible with 15W fast charging. At the heart of the Galaxy A22 is a MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core processor built on a 12nm fabrication process. The phone has 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and a microSD card. The Samsung Galaxy A22 price in India starts at ₹18,499. The smartphone is available in two colours—Black and Mint—and a single memory configuration: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. The phone can be purchased from Samsung India’s website, and it should soon go on sale through other retail channels soon.
