Samsung had launched the Galaxy A53 5G smartphone in India a few days back. The Galaxy A53 5G is a 5G offering from Samsung which comes with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display. The device has a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1280 processor. The SoC includes 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The handset features a 64MP camera, an in-display fingerprint sensor, a 5000mAh battery, and a 32MP selfie camera. The device is set to go on sale in India today through retail stores and online portals.

The Samsung Galaxy A53 5G price in India starts at ₹34,499 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. On the other hand, the variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage costs ₹35,999. The device will go on sale in India today via Samsung.com, retail stores, and select online portals. The smartphone comes in four colour options which include Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Peach, and Awesome Blue.
As a part of the launch offer, Samsung will offer cashback worth ₹3000 for those who have already pre-booked the device. Apart from this, users also can avail a Samsung Finance+ cashback worth ₹2000.

The Samsung Galaxy A53 5G boasts of a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display that has a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The display panel has an 800 nits brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The smartphone is equipped with 5nm octa-core Exynos 1280 SoC, up to 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage.
The device also has RAM Plus support which allows RAM expansion of up to 16GB. The Galaxy A53 5G boots Android 12 out of the box with One UI 4.1 on top. The device is confirmed to get four major Android OS updates and five years of security updates.
As for the optics, the Galaxy A53 5G features a quad-camera setup. The camera module includes a 64MP main sensor which has OIS support and an f/1.8 aperture.
