Samsung has been diligently rolling out the Android 12 update to its devices. The latest product to get the update is the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite.
According to a report by SamMobile, the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 update is arriving for the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite with model number SM-T225 in Germany and Hong Kong. The newest update bearing firmware version T225XXU1BVGB also brings with it the July 2022 security patch.

What To Expect From Android 12-Based One UI 4.1 Update
When the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite was launched last year, the device came with Android 11 out of the box. With the latest firmware update, the tablet is set to receive Android 12 with One UI 4.1.
The latest firmware is expected to offer improved user interface and accessibility. Furthermore, it brings more customization abilities in the form of Material You colour themes that match your wallpaper.
The update brings an enhanced Dark Mode, better display brightness controls, as well as improved game optimizing services (GOS). Additionally, it allows you to quickly access GIFs, emojis, and stickers right from your keyboard at a single stroke. Home screen widgets also get a makeover.
The newest update brings enhanced privacy features, better photo and video editing tools, more sharing options, and a better Camera experience. Furthermore, Samsung apps such as Calendar, Device Care, Samsung Internet, and Samsung Keyboard get big improvements.
How To Get The One UI 4.1 Update On The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite
To get the One UI 4.1 update, Tab A7 owners residing in Hong Kong and Germany can either tap the notifications or navigate to Settings > Software update. Then select “Download and install.”
