Samsung Launches India Specific IntensiveWash Dishwashers

Samsung, the South Korean consumer electronics giant, has launched its IntensiveWash dishwasher range in India. It is built to cater to Indian needs and effectively clean cookware such as cooker and kadhai. The new range of Samsung’s dishwashers come in Stainless Steel Silver and White colours. Samsung’s dishwashers come with a special fingerprint-resistant finish, which resists smudges, making them easier to clean. Let us have a detailed look at what other features the new dishwashers offer.

Samsung IntensiveWash Dishwasher Specifications 

According to Samsung, the new dishwashers come with a stainless steel tub, which is more durable, quieter, and stays cleaner than conventional ones. It transmits less noise and can handle much higher temperature sterilizing washes, and prevents the build-up of bad odours. To clean the spicy and greasy Indian food off your cookware, it comes with 13 place settings that can accommodate a large variety of dishes of different sizes in one wash cycle. Its ‘IntensiveWash’ program is designed to remove grease, leftover oil, burnt stains, and baked-on food from the cookware, dishes, and utensils. The ‘Triple Rinse’ feature program washes the utensils at a temperature of 70°C, which ensures to kill 99.99% of bacteria. 

The dishwasher comes with an auto release door, which automatically opens at the end of a cycle by about 10cm to allow steam to escape, providing faster and better drying results. It comes with height adjustment options, providing flexibility to accommodate large size utensils in the dishwasher. One can easily adjust the upper rack up and down so that they can keep large size kadhai or pans in the racks without scratching or hitting the upper rack.

Samsung’s dishwasher comes with a large and wide easy to read LED display, which lets you check the status, settings, remaining time and cycle progress at a glance, even from a distance. Samsung says it has improved its insulation to bring ambient noises between 44dB to 52dB. The smart leakage sensor onboard stops the cycle, drains the water, and shows an error message if any leakage is detected. Samsung dishwashers are Energy Star-certified as per the European Energy Standards, equivalent to an A+++ rating.
