With the One UI 5.0 beta scheduled for next week, a fresh report suggests that Samsung has already started testing it internally. It won’t be long until the beta update arrives on Samsung devices. Rumour has it that the One UI 5.0 beta program will be commencing later this month.

The company’s One UI 5.0, which will be going live in the third week of July, is based on Android 13. After three months of testing, the public release for the One UI 5.0 Android 13 update will roll out in October.

As per reports, the Samsung Galaxy S22 series is set to receive the One UI 5.0 Android 13 update first. This could be followed by more Samsung devices getting the update, including the Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and Galaxy Note 20.

Last year, Samsung was quick to roll out the Android 12 One UI 4.0 to its devices. The South Korean manufacturer might follow suit this year as well, and could swiftly release the Android 13 One UI 5.0. Currently, the firm offers four years of major Android updates for its devices. It also provides five years of security updates for most of its smartphones.
