Samsung has launched a contactless pick-up and drop service in India. It allows people to get their Galaxy smartphones and tablets repaired without stepping outside the comfort and safety of their homes. With this service, an executive from the company will arrive at your doorstep, collect your Galaxy device, get it repaired from a Samsung authorized service center, and deliver it back to your home. According to the brand, the executive will follow all safety and hygiene protocols.
Samsung is offering two services under this initiative. The first one is a drop-only service where the customer has to go to the authorized service center to give the device for repair. Once it gets repaired, an executive will deliver the device to your home. This service costs Rs 99. The second one is a pick-up and drop service where an executive will collect the device from your home, get it repaired, and deliver it back to you. This service is priced at Rs 199. Customers can pay the convenience fee through digital payment options.
