Tecno Camon 19, Camon 19 Neo With Helio G85 Processor Launched In India: Price, Specifications

Tecno has launched the Tecno Camon 19 Neo and Camon 19 smartphones in India today. These new devices from Tecno feature a 6.58-inch LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution. Both these smartphones are powered by MediaTek’s octa-core Helio G85 processor. These devices run Android 12 out of the box with HiOS on top. Both phones ship with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The Tecno Camon 19 Neo features a 48MP triple-camera setup, while the Camon 19 is equipped with a 64MP triple-camera setup.

Tecno Camon 19 Neo, Camon 19 Price In India, Availability

The Tecno Camon 19 Neo comes in Dreamland Green, Ice Mirror, and Eco Black colour options. The device will be available at an introductory price of ₹12,499 from Amazon.in starting from 23 July, 2022. On the other hand, the Camon 19 has been introduced at a special launch price at ₹14,999. It comes in Eco Black, Sea Salt White, and Geometric Green colour options.

The Tecno Camon 19 Neo and the Camon 19 come with almost identical specifications, except for the cameras. Both these devices feature a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display that has Full HD+ resolution. The display panel has a 60Hz refresh rate, a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, and 500 nits brightness. Under the hood, both the phones are powered by an octa-core Helio G85 processor. The System On Chip includes 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. These smartphones also have 5GB Virtual RAM support.

On the software side of things, the Camon 19 and Camon 19 Neo run Android 12 OS out of the box. As for the optics, the Tecno Camon 19 Neo features a triple-camera setup which includes a 48MP rear camera, 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP AI lens. The front of the handset includes a 32MP camera which is accompanied by a soft dual-LED flash. On the other hand, the Camon 19 boasts of a 64MP rear camera and 16MP HDR Selfie Camera. The 64MP sensor is accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP AI lens. Both these devices ship with a 5,000mAh battery which supports 18W fast charging.

Other key features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, microSD card support, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port.
