TECNO CAMON 19 Pro Mondrian’s Polychromatic Photoisomer Tech Teased Ahead Of Launch

The CAMON 19 Pro Mondrian, a new budget device from the CAMON 19 Series of smartphones from TECNO, will be released soon in India. This comes after the CAMON 19 PRO 5G launch announcement back in August. The company plans to revive its Polychromatic Photoisomer Technology for the smartphone with the upcoming CAMON 19 Mondrian.

Using this tech, a smartphone’s monochrome back cover will now display a variety of shifting colours when illuminated by a light source. Additionally, TECNO is also paying a tribute to Dutch artist and art theorist Piet Mondrian.

TECNO claims that this 22-step polychromatic Photoisomer technique underwent 500 iterations. The novel method makes use of the recovery and breaking effects of the chain of photosynthetic molecular bonds to convert colourless chemical groups into chromogenic states and then back to colourless states under UV light. This design has won many awards the world over including the USA Muse Design Award, A’ Design Award from Italy, and many more.

According to reports, TECNO will launch the CAMON 19 Pro Mondrian soon in select markets including India.
