Tecno Spark 8 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage Variant Launched In India: Price, Specifications

Back in September 2021, Tecno had launched the Tecno Spark 8 smartphone. The device came powered by the MediaTek Helio A25 processor and it 2GB of RAM. The company then introduced the same device in India with the MediaTek Helio G25 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. Now, Tecno has introduced a new variant of the Spark 8 in India with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. This new Spark 8 variant comes powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 processor and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging. Let us take a look at the specifications of the device.

Tecno Spark 8 Price In India

The Tecno Spark 8 4GB RAM variant, which comes with 64GB of internal storage, is priced at ₹10,999. The device is available for purchase through retail stores in India starting today. Buyers who purchase this new model will get a Bluetooth earpiece worth ₹799 for free. The smartphone comes in three colours: Atlantic Blue, Iris Purple, and Turquoise Cyan. The 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant of the Spark 8 continues to sell for ₹9,299 in India.

Tecno Spark 8 Specifications

The Tecno Spark 8 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant has the same specifications as that of the 3GB RAM variant. The smartphone sports a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone uses an octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 processor. The device runs Android 11 out of the box with a layer of Tecno’s custom HiOS 7.6 custom skin on top. For further storage expansion, the device also has a microSD card slot support.

Moving onto the imaging department, the Tecno Spark 8 features a dual-camera setup which consists of a 16MP primary camera and an AI lens. On the front, the device sports an 8MP camera that lets you capture selfies and make video calls. The front-facing 8MP camera is located in the water-drop-shaped notch.

As for the connectivity, the handset has a dual-SIM card slot, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a microUSB port. The handset packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging. The smartphone features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor that is embedded into a power button.
