Vivo V23 5G, V23 Pro With 50 Dual Selfie Cameras Launched in India: Price, Specifications

Today, Vivo has launched the Vivo V23 5G and the Vivo V23 Pro smartphones in India, as promised earlier. These new smartphones by Vivo are powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity processor and offer 5G connectivity support. These devices run Android 12 out of the box with FuntouchOS 12 on top. The V23 series come in Sunshine Gold and Stardust Black colour options. The back panel of the Sunshine Gold variant changes when exposed to direct sunlight. The Vivo V23 series comes in 8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage configuration. The handset will be available for sale preorder starting today. The Vivo V23 Pro will go on sale from January 13, while the V23 5G will be available starting from January 19 via flipkart.com. Both these devices come in Sunshine Gold and Stardust Black colour options.

The Vivo V23 5G flaunts a 6.44-inch AMOLED display that has Full HD+ resolution. The display panel has HDR 10 support, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a wider notch that accommodates a dual front selfie camera along with a dual-tone flashlight. The device is equipped with Dimensity 920 processor. The graphical tasks of the handset is handled by a  Mali G68 GPU. The smartphone packs up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The handset also has 4GB of Virtual RAM.

As for the optics, the device sports a triple-camera setup. The camera module includes a 64MP sensor with an f/1.89 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front side, the smartphone sports a 44MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide lens.

The whole package draws power from a 4200mAh battery that has 44W fast charging support. The device also features an in-display fingerprint sensor. The Vivo V23 Pro 5G offers similar specifications as that of the vanilla model, except for the display and cameras. The Vivo V23 Pro 5G features a 6.56-inch AMOLED display that has Full HD+ resolution. The device is powered by a Dimensity 1200 processor, which is accompanied by 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. On the backside, the device flaunts a triple-camera setup. The camera module includes a 108MP main sensor, an 8MP wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro lens.

The device features a dual camera on the front side. The front-facing notch includes a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The device packs a 4,300mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. Dimensions-wise, the device measures 159.46 x 73.27 × 7.36mm and weighs 171grams.
