The device ships with up to 6GB of RAM and packs 64GB of onboard storage. It also has extended RAM 2.0 that utilizes 1GB of idle ROM. On the front, the handset sports an 8MP selfie camera for photos, videos, and video calls. The camera app on the device offers a slew of features such as Portrait mode, Pano (Rear Camera), Live Photo, Slo-Mo, Time Lapse, PRO, and Doc. Connectivity-wise, the handset has a dual-SIM card slot, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a microUSB port (yes, it is terrible in this day and age).
The Vivo Y20T packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. The smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor that is embedded into the power button. On the software front, the Vivo Y20T runs Funtouch OS 11.1, which is based on Android 11.
