These stats are now available for most PC Game Pass titles.
With the wide variety of games available, choosing a new title to play becomes as tricky as selecting the next Netflix series to binge watch. The new HowLongToBeat integration for the Xbox app could help you narrow down your choices and make quick decisions. For instance, if you’re looking for a quick fix, you can check out the game details on the Xbox app and see how long it takes to complete the game. On the other hand, if you want to immerse yourself in a longer game, you can select the game which runs for more hours.
The latest update improves the Game Details page by consolidating the game description, trailers, and screenshots at the top of the page. You can view the timing info by navigating to the details section of the game. Here are all the categories available:
- Main Story: You finish all the required objectives and complete the game.
- Main Story and Extra: Along with the main story, you also finish additional quests that are not required to finish the game.
- Completionist (100%): You accomplish all the achievement and get every collectible in the game.
- Combined: This estimation includes all play styles.
Enhanced App Performance
Microsoft claims that the latest update improves the app performance. The company adds that the Xbox app for PC now launches up to 15% faster. It also promises 99.9% crash-free gaming sessions. Search performance has also improved, with Microsoft claiming that results are now 20% faster.
