Xiaomi Poco C40 Confirmed To Launch On June 16: Specifications

Poco has released a series of fresh teasers confirming the launch of its next entry-level device—the Poco C40. The official banners released by the brand reveal that the new smartphone will be unveiled on June 16 via an online launch event. Besides, the official teasers also unveil a few key specifications of the upcoming Poco C40 smartphone. Let us take a look.

Poco C40 Specifications

As seen in the banners above, the Poco C40 will flaunt an exclusive design. One of the colour options for the device will be Poco’s Yellow colourway. The company has also teased that the Poco C40 will feature a 6,000mAh battery, which is claimed to be the biggest battery ever on a Poco smartphone. From the teasers, we can also see that the Poco C40 will feature a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Apart from the aforementioned specifications, the Poco C40 is expected to feature a 6.7-inch basic HD+ 60Hz LCD panel with a teardrop notch. For photography, the smartphone could offer a 50MP main camera, a 5MP selfie camera, and a 5MP depth sensor.

The C40 is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 680 4G chipset, which could be paired with 3GB or 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of expandable UFS 2.2 storage. Other alleged specifications of the device include dual SIM support, a 3.5mm jack, an IR blaster, FM radio, Gorilla Glass 3 protection, and NFC in some markets.
