At the Next@Acer 2021 global event, the Taiwanese brand introduced a couple of Chromebooks. One interesting laptop, which caught everybody’s attention was the Acer Chromebook 514. The laptop is powered by a MediaTek processor and joins the Intel-powered 514 series of Chrome OS-based devices. Acer claims that opting for a mobile CPU platform lends the laptop a whopping 15 hours of battery life on a single charge. This Chromebook would be a good proposition for students who want decent performance and long-lasting battery life to browse the web, read notes, and binge-watching movies and TV shows.
It comes with Google’s suite of apps like Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and more. Also, you can use apps from Microsoft like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. However, this may not be a great option for gaming or intensive tasks.
