AMD is getting ready for today’s “AMD 2022 Product Premiere” which will showcase what the company has in store this year. Yesterday, company CEO Dr. Lisa Su teased what appeared to be the next-gen AMD Ryzen 6000 series chips on Twitter. Now, a leaked specifications sheet shared by VideoCardz has revealed that the new Ryzen CPUs will be based on a refined Zen3+ architecture.
The AMD Ryzen 6000 series chips, codenamed “Rembrandt”, will be based on a 6nm process technology. It will replace its Vega architecture with the RDNA2 architecture. Additionally, it will support up to 12 GPU Compute Units clocked up to 2.4 GHz.

The list shows the Ryzen 5 6600Hs with a boost clock up to 4.5 GHz and TDP at 35W at the bottom. Topping the list is the Ryzen 9 6980HX with a boost clock up to 5.0 GHz and TDP at 45W+.
Only two 6000U-series chips will support Zen3+ SKUs—the Ryzen 7 6800U and Ryzen 5 6600U.
The AMD Ryzen 6000 series will come with a lot of features such as PCIe Gen4, USB4, DDR5/LPDDR5, Bluetooth LE 5.2, WiFi 6E, as well as AV1 media engine.
