No, a webcam isn’t going to give you a makeover. However, Anker’s AnkerWork B600 Video Bar could make you look more presentable during video meetings, with its key light and image enhancement feature. The Video Bar, first unveiled at CES 2022, comes with built-in speakers and microphone for better sound quality.
Let’s take a closer look at AnkerWork B600 Video Bar Specifications, features, and availability.
AnkerWork B600 Video Bar Specifications, Features
The AnkerWork B600 Video Bar is a videoconferencing tool that integrates a light, speaker, microphone, and of course, a webcam, all in one device. It is equipped with a 2K camera sensor with a maximum capture rate of 30 frames per second. The Video Bar comes with nifty features such as autofocus, field-of-view adjustment, image enhancement, along with AI-powered zoom. It also has an array of microphones.
Anker claims that it can make noisy surroundings appear quiet at the other end of the video call with its “AI-Powered Noise Reduction”. That means you can trick others into believing that your kids and pets are quiet and well behaved, while in reality they’re making a ruckus during your meeting.
One of the noteworthy features of the AnkerWork B600 Video Bar is its built-in key light and speakers. This should make you look more professional during your meetings. The Video Bar comes with a feature called MagicSight that can automatically adjust the lights as well as white balance. You can even tweak the lights yourself with the front-facing slider. Changes to colour temperature and brightness can also be made via its companion app. The device features an image enhancement tool which promises to provide sharp video quality even on slow connections.
AnkerWork B600 Video Bar Availability
The AnkerWork B600 Video Bar is reported to cost $220 and will be available for purchase in the United States from January 25. Folks living in the U.K. will have to fork out £220, whereas those in other European Union countries will have to pay €230 for the Video Bar.
