Apple released HomePod Software 15.2 on Monday, which adds support for Apple Music Voice Plan. Additionally, the update also adds Dutch and Russian languages for Siri on the HomePod.
The iPhone maker was on an updating spree on Monday, with the release of iOS 15.2, iPadOS 15.2, watchOS 8.3, tvOS 15.2, along with HomePod Software 15.2. Siri on iOS is available in various languages, however on the HomePod, Siri only works in the country’s native languages—in regions where the product is officially available. The introduction of support for Dutch and Russian languages could indicate that the HomePod mini could soon be launched in Russia and the Netherlands.

Furthermore, HomePod Software 15.2 brings with it support for the Apple Music Voice Plan, which lets you use Apple Music via Siri. You can access it for a monthly subscription fee of ₹49. It brings to you a collection of 90 million-plus songs. Moreover, it gives you full playback control and also lets you skip songs that you’re not interested in. The latest update has also enabled multi-user Voice Recognition for HomePod users who have their language set to German.
