Apple has commenced seeding the third beta of iOS 16 to developers for testing. The latest beta update is available for download via Apple’s website, and gives us a peek at what to expect when the public beta releases.
AFib History In Health App
iOS 16 will be getting an AFib History feature, which will track atrial fibrillation via the Apple Watch. It will check for how long the user is in atrial fibrillation and detect if they have irregular heart rhythms. The feature is now included in the Health app with iOS 16 beta 3.
Clownfish Wallpaper
Some users of iOS 16 beta 3 report that the iPhone has a Clownfish wallpaper option. Steve Job fanatics may remember seeing the wallpaper on the original iPhone when he showed it off in 2007.

This new mode is designed for a small subset of iPhone users that includes activists, journalists, whistle-blowers, and government employees.
This mode disables many iPhone features. For instance, calls from unknown people will be blocked. Attachments other than images will be blocked in Messages.
iCloud Shared Photo Library With iOS 16
iOS 16 beta 3 adds support for iCloud Shared Photo Library, which will allow you to share photos with up to five people via the cloud. All participants will have privileges to add, edit, and delete the images.
Lock Screen Updates For iOS 16
iOS 16 beta 3 introduces 12 new fonts for the lock screen. One of the lock screen widgets, namely the calendar widget, no longer shows details about future appointments when your iPhone is locked.
How To Download iOS 16 Developer Beta 3
The latest developer beta will run on an iPhone 8 or newer. To get iOS 16 beta 3, you’ll have to be a registered developer with Apple. Once you’ve installed the developer beta, you can get the update via the Settings app. Navigate to General > Software Update and download the iOS 16 developer beta 3.
