Apple recently launched the iPhone 14 series, and it has now hiked the price of the iPhone SE 2022. To recall, the iPhone SE 2022 base model debuted in India for ₹43,900 in March this year. The SE 2022 can now be purchased for ₹49,900. That’s a difference of ₹6,000, a 13 percent increase.

Although the iPhone maker did not reveal why the price was hiked, there are rumours that it could be attributed to the rupee vs dollar conversion rates. All the iPhone SE 2022 models have seen a price increase of ₹6,000. Here are the new prices:

When it comes to imaging, the iPhone SE 2022 features a 12MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture and OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation). As for selfies, it is equipped with a 7MP front camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera can record 4K videos at 60 fps and 240 fps Slo-mo videos at 1080p.
Additionally, the smartphone supports 5G, Gigabit LTE, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 6 with 2×2 MIMO, stereo speakers, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, and dual SIM (nano+eSIM). It has an IP67 water/dust resistance. The battery can reportedly last up to 15 hours while watching videos.
