Today, Apple released a new update for the watchOS, bumping the version from watchOS 8.5.0 to 8.5.1. This is a minor update to watchOS 8 that was released publicly back in September last year. This new update comes just a couple of weeks after the major watchOS 8.5 update was announced which brought in some nifty features.
There are no details on exactly what is included in this new software update for the Apple Watch, and the official release note from Apple states the following:
watchOS 8.5.1 includes security updates and bug fixes for your Apple Watch.

WatchOS 8.5.1 can be downloaded for free through the dedicated Apple Watch app on the iPhone by navigating to General > Software Update and hitting Download and Install. But first, you must ensure that the Apple Watch has at least 50 percent battery life. Moreover, it should be connected to a charger and stay in close proximity to the iPhone.
