The watchOS 9 beta 7 is currently being rolled out to developers for testing. The stable build for the watchOS 9 will arrive in September this year, and it is reported to be the biggest update to the Apple Watch software in years. The latest update adds four new Watch Faces, while adding a refreshing look to all the old ones. The new faces are designed to look better on bigger displays. Furthermore, the company is adding QWERTY keyboard support for more languages for the Apple Watch Series 7. The latest Apple Watch operating system will also Introduce a new QuickType technology to the wearables.
Additionally, the watchOS 9 beta 7 brings a major update to the Workout app with various new features. Runners will now get a new Workout Views feature, which allows them to see multiple metrics available during the run, such as:
- Activity rings
- Heart Rate Zones
- Power
- Elevation
Besides, the watchOS 9 brings improvements to the Sleep app by adding more sleep data. Users will also get a new Medications app, which allows them to track their pills and vitamins intake on a daily basis. Note that the watchOS 9 doesn’t support Apple Watch Series 3 anymore.
