Dyson V12 Detect Slim Vacuum Cleaner Launched In India

Dyson has unveiled a new vacuum cleaner in India under its popular V-series of vacuum cleaners. The latest entrant in the V-series has been dubbed the Dyson V12 Detect Slim and comes with a cordless design, 150 air watts of suction, an LCD screen, and an acoustic piezo sensor. Dyson V12 Detect Slim Price in India

The Dyson V12 Detect Slim has been priced at ₹58,900 in India. The vacuum cleaner will go on sale in India starting today at Dyson.in and Dyson demo stores across the country.

Dyson V12 Detect Slim Specifications

The Dyson V12 Detect Slim is built to detect hidden dust as small as 10 microns. It comes with an acoustic piezo sensor to enable scientific proof of what’s been sucked up. Whatever is being vacuumed will be shown on the LCD panel, by the way.

The vacuum cleaner comes equipped with a hyperdymium motor, which generates up to 150 air watts of suction. The cleaner has a 5-stage filtration mechanism, that captures 99.99 percent of dust particles, down to 0.3 microns.

Furthermore, the Dyson V12 Detect Slim features laser dust detection, which helps detect particles humans cannot see with the naked eye, by integrating a precisely angled cleaner head. The brand has integrated a green laser diode, which is said to offer the best contrast, and positions itself at a 1.5-degree angle, 7.3mm above the ground.

When it comes to suction power, the Dyson V12 Detect Slim can automatically increase it whenever there’s a large amount of dust. For this, the cleaner has to be operated in the auto mode, though. In terms of battery life, the Dyson V12 Detect Slim is reported to last up to an hour on a single charge. Dyson has also added a new tool called the anti-tangle hair screw tool to the Dyson V12 Detect Slim, which aims to solve the problem of removing hair on the brush bar.
