Garmin has opened its box of wearables at the CES 2022. Alongside the expensive Venu 2 Plus smartwatch, the company has also announced an entry-level hybrid smartwatch called Vivomove Sport. The Vivomove Sport dons a look of the traditional watches. It comes with real watch hands just like a conventional watch but comes with a disappearing touchscreen display. You can access the touchscreen-only when you feel the need to.
Although an affordable smartwatch, the Vivomove Sport comes loaded with several health features that are available on some of the more expensive Garmin smartwatches. It gets 24-hour heart rate monitoring, stress tracking, sleep monitoring, hydration logging etc. allowing you to stay updated on your vitals. The inbuilt Body Battery energy monitoring displays your body’s current energy level. This helps you work out more efficiently.

However, accuracy might take a hit as it doesn’t get an inbuilt GPS. However, you can pair it with your smartphone to utilise its GPS for improved accuracy.
Garmin claims the Vivomove Sport smartwatch’s battery can last up to six days on watch mode and up to five days in smartwatch mode before it runs out of juice.
The Garmin Vivomove Sport is priced at $180 (approx. ₹13,500). It is available for purchase in the U.S. and comes in black, brown, white, and mint green colour options.
