Hero Vida V1 Plus, Vida V1 Pro Electric Bikes Launched With Up To 165 km Range: Price, Features

After much anticipation, Hero MotoCorp officially debuted its Vida V1 line of electric scooters in the Indian market. These are available in the Vida V1 Plus and Vida V1 Pro variants, with removable batteries offering 3.44kWh and 3.94kWh capacities respectively, and touting IDC ranges of 143km and 165km.

Hero Vida V1 Electric Scooter Price

Two models of the Hero Vida V1 will be offered at launch: the Hero Vida V1 Pro and the Hero Vida V1 Plus. The Hero Vida V1 Plus is available for purchase for ₹1.45 lakh (ex-showroom). On the other hand, the Vida V1 Pro comes with a price tag of ₹1.59 lakh in Delhi. Starting October 10, interested buyers can make reservations for the electric scooters for just ₹4,999.

Currently, Matte White, Matte Sports Red, and Gloss Black are the three colour options available for the Hero Vida V1. However, a new colour option called Matte Abrax Orange will be added at a later date for the Vida V1 Pro.

Hero Vida V1 Electric Scooter Features

The brand-new Hero Vida V1 Plus electric scooter boasts a 3.44kWh battery that provides a range of up to 143 kilometers. Meanwhile, the Hero Vida V1 Pro has a 3.94kWh battery and a 165 km range. The 0-40 kmph acceleration time for both variations is said to be 3.2 seconds, and their highest speed is 80 kmph. Both the scooters come with Eco, Ride, and Sport riding modes, along with a host of other gizmos.

The scooters include a 26L boot room for a helmet, 90lx LED headlamps, a “follow me home” light to help you find your way home when it’s too dark, and a Key Fob that unlocks your vehicle and turns on the headlights. A 7-inch touchscreen instrument cluster, keyless entry, cruise control, SOS Alert, two-way throttle, and OTA updates are among the additional amenities on the scooters.
