The HP Omen 16 (2021) gaming laptop has been launched in India. The new Omen-series gaming laptop has a 16-inch display with a 165Hz refresh rate and it is equipped with an 11th Gen. Intel Core processor and the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 GPU. The laptop has wind-pipe technology and an upgraded fan design to help provide better cooling. The HP Omen 16 (2021) features a 16.1-inch IPS LCD display with QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and a 165Hz refresh rate. The display has 100% sRGB colour gamut coverage, a 3ms response time, and Eyesafe Display certification by TÜV Rheinland. Under the hood, the laptop has an Intel Core i7-11800H processor and the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 GPU with 8GB of VRAM. The laptop has up to 16GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM and up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4×4 SSD. The laptop delivers up to 2x storage speeds over traditional SSDs.

The laptop also has HP’s Omen Dynamic Power technology, which uses an infrared (IR) thermopile sensor to help identify real-time CPU and GPU capacity and dynamically allocate power between the two. The Omen 16 (2021) gaming laptop has an enhanced airflow and blades that are 2.5x thinner and have a 2x increase in blade count compared to the Omen 15. It has a four-zone RGB anti-ghosting keyboard.
