There have been a number of reports and speculations about the next-gen iPhone models to feature bigger displays as compared to their predecessors. On paper, the iPhone 14 Pro models will provide the users with a larger screen estate, but the change won’t be as dramatic as some would be hoping for.
The report suggests that the iPhone 14 Pro will feature a 6.12-inch display, which is slightly larger than the 6.06-inch panel found on the iPhone 13 Pro. The iPhone 14 Pro Max, on the other hand, will come with a 6.69-inch display, which is a tad larger than the 6.68-inch panel of the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Because the screen sizes don’t appear to be dramatically increasing this time around, there are high chances that Apple won’t have to make too many tweaks to the iOS interface. One of the most-awaited tweaks, the addition of the battery percentage back to the status bar, will apparently have to wait a little longer.
Also, it is more than likely that Apple will once again market the screen sizes as 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch. Or, if the brand’s previous trends are anything to go by, Apple might claim some sort of “percentage increase” to highlight the display size increase.
