iQOO is all set to launch the iQOO 9 series devices later this week in China. The iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro are scheduled to make their global debut on January 5. Ahead of the launch, a poster with detailed specifications of the iQOO 9 series handsets has surfaced on the Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo. Let us take a closer look at the leaked poster and the specifications of the upcoming iQOO 9 series handsets.
iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro Specifications Leaked Through Offline Poster
The leaked poster confirms all the key specifications of the iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro. The iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. To those unaware, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 was announced last month and is fabbed on Samsung’s 4nm process. The processor comes equipped with a prime X2 core and an Adreno 730 GPU.
The leaked poster also confirms that the iQOO 9 Pro will offer a 50MP + 50MP + 16MP camera setup. Whereas, the vanilla model will sport a 50MP + 13MP + 12MP camera setup. Both these handsets will offer 16MP selfie shooters.

The iQOO 9 Pro will feature an E5 LTPO 2.0 Curved AMOLED display with 2K resolution, 517PPI pixel density. The company has already confirmed that the display on the iQOO 9 Pro will sport a 120Hz refresh rate and 1000Hz touch sampling rate. The display is also confirmed to offer 1500nits peak brightness and 80,00,000:1 contrast ratio. The display panel will also house an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
Talking about the cameras, the iQOO 9 Pro is confirmed to feature a 50MP Samsung GN5 sensor with gimbal stabilization. Accompanying it will be another 50MP sensor with ultra-wide-angle functionality and a 150° field of view. The device will also offer a 16MP shooter on the rear which could be a telephoto lens. The iQOO 9 Pro will offer a triple-rear camera setup. It will be equipped with a 4,700mAh battery unit and 120W fast charging. The handset will also support 50W wireless fast charging.

The iQOO 9 will also come with an E5 AMOLED display but it will probably offer Full HD+ resolution. Though the detailed specifications of the iQOO 9 display panel aren’t available yet, we can expect it to be a 120Hz refresh rate panel. The iQOO 9 will sport a 50MP primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12MP sensor. The 12 MP sensor on the device could be a telephoto lens. The handset will be powered by a 4,700mAh battery and will support 120W fast charging. However, the vanilla iQOO 9 won’t support wireless charging.
