iQOO is on an onslaught, bombarding the Indian market with smartphones in various price segments. Now, the Vivo subsidiary has launched its Wireless Sport Neckband earphones alongside the iQOO Z6 5G handset in India. The wearables market in the country is booming and iQOO wants to cash in on the opportunity. The iQOO Wireless Sport Neckband is the company’s first attempt at earphones and we can expect more such products in the future. The wireless earphones offer powerful drivers, enhanced bass, easy connectivity, water-resistant design, and low latency, among other features.

It is coupled with copper-clad aluminium wire (CCAW) voice coils, which claim to provide a superior bass output. Like most wireless earphones, the iQOO Wireless Sport Neckband too offers seamless connectivity with its one-tap connectivity feature. You can pair these earbuds with your smartphone with ease. Also, it comes with Bluetooth v5.0, which offers up to four times the range of Bluetooth v4.2. It promises reliable connectivity of up to 40 metres when used indoors.
Wireless earphones are often criticised for high latency during gaming. iQOO is a gaming-centric brand and is bullish about the low latency mode of its earbuds. It claims that its neckband comes with a latency of 80 milliseconds, which should be enough for most casual gamers.
The iQOO Wireless Sport Neckband comes with an IPX4 certification, meaning it can survive water splashes and sweat, so you can use them during your fitness sessions. You can control media functions via the physical buttons on the neckband. It gets a USB Type-C port for charging and is claimed to offer 18 hours of playback on a single charge.

The iQOO Wireless Sport Neckband comes with a price tag of ₹1,799 in India. The wireless neckband will be available for purchase via Amazon and the official iQOO India website. However, the company is yet to reveal its sale date.
