iQOO had launched its Z6 series of smartphones earlier this year in India. The series consists of three smartphones—the iQOO Z6, iQOO Z6 5G, and the iQOO Z6 Pro 5G. Now, the brand is gearing up to launch a new smartphone, dubbed the iQOO Z6 Lite, under the series. After a series of leaks and rumours, iQOO has finally confirmed that it will launch the iQOO Z6 Lite on September 14 in the country. A micro-site has gone live on Amazon revealing the overall look and a few key specifications of the upcoming iQOO Z6 Lite. As seen in the teaser above, the smartphone will feature a design similar to the iQOO Z6 5G. By the looks of it, the smartphone is expected to sport flat edges and a waterdrop notch. On the other hand, the camera module design of the device appears quite similar to the one available on the iQOO Z6 and the iQOO Z6 Pro. Hence, we can expect the iQOO Z6 Lite to come with a rectangular camera module, which will house two cameras.

Coming to the specifications of the device, the iQOO Z6 Lite will feature a 120Hz refresh rate display with a waterdrop notch. The micro-site further reveals that the upcoming iQOO Z6 series smartphone supports dual 5G connectivity. The Z6 Lite will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. However, the brand has not yet revealed the exact processor details. Once launched, the smartphone will be available for purchase exclusively via Amazon.
Based on previous reports, the iQOO Z6 Lite will feature a 6.58-inch Full HD+ 90Hz display, a Snapdragon 680 processor, a 50MP main camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. For security, you may get a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the iQOO Z6 Lite.
