Itel A23s With 5-inch HD+ Display, Android 11 Go Edition Launched In India: Price, Specifications

Itel has launched a new A-series smartphone in the Indian market dubbed the Itel A23s. The newly launched Itel A23s is an entry-level smartphone which comes with a 5-inch HD+ display. The device features a quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, a 2MP rear-facing camera, and a VGA camera on the front. Both the cameras come with an LED flash. The smartphone runs Android 11 Go Edition out of the box.

Itel A23s Price In India, Availability

The Itel A23s is priced at ₹5,299 in India. The device comes in single 2GB RAM + 32GB storage configuration. The handset will be available for purchase from online and offline stores in Sky Cyan, Sky Black, and Ocean Blue colour options.

Itel will provide a One Time Screen Replacement offer on the Itel A23s. Thus, consumers can avail a free one-time screen replacement of a broken screen within 100 days of purchase.

Itel A23s Specifications, Features

The Itel A23s sports a 5-inch display that has FWVGA 480×854 pixels resolution. The device has an old-fashioned box-shaped design, thick bezels on all sides, and a gradient finish at the back. The volume control and power buttons are located on the right side of the handset. Under the hood, this A-series smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz Unisoc SC9832E processor which is paired with a Mali 820MP1 GPU. The device has a Social Turbo function that supports WhatsApp call recording, peek mode, call alarm, and status saving.

The device comes with 2GB of RAM and packs 32GB of internal storage. Additionally, the phone supports a microSD card for storage expansion beyond 32GB. On the software side of things, the Itel A23s runs Android 11 Go Edition out of the box. When it comes to imaging, the handset comes with a 2MP rear-facing camera. The front of the device includes a VGA camera. As mentioned above, both the camera units are accompanied by an LED flash.

Furthermore, the device has a Smart face unlock for security. The smartphone packs a 3,020mAh removable battery. The handset offers connectivity features such as 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, and dual-SIM card support. In terms of dimensions, the smartphone measures 145.4×73.5×10.5mm.
