Jabra Elite 85t Truly Wireless Earbuds with Adjustable ANC Launched in India: Price, Specifications

Jabra’s next-generation truly wireless earphones, the Jabra Elite 85t, have been launched in India today. It features ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) with 11 levels of adjustment, each level from full ANC to full HearThrough. It means these earbuds will allow you to change the level of noise cancellation (all levels between ANC On and ANC Off) and gives you complete control over how you want to hear the world around you. The Jabra Elite 85t has a semi-open design with pressure relief vents to prevent pressure that builds inside the ears after long sessions of listening to music.

Jabra Elite 85t Price in India, Availability

The Jabra Elite 85t is priced at Rs 18,999 in India, and they will go on sale via Amazon.in from December 1, 2020. It will be available in four colour variants: Gold/Beige, Copper/Black, Black/Grey, and Titanium/Black. However, only the Titanium/Black variant is available now, and the other colour variants will be available from January 2021.

Jabra Elite 85t Features, Specifications

The Jabra Elite 85t has a semi-open design with a dual-chipset for improved ANC performance and better audio processing. It has a whopping six-microphone setup, with three mics on each earbud. Two of those mics are situated on the outside, while the remaining one is placed on the inside. This microphone setup enhances the ANC performance as well as the quality of calls by cancelling wind noise.

The drivers inside the earbuds are 12mm in size and have a frequency range of 20Hz to 20KHz for music and 100Hz to 10KHz for the call. The earbuds have oval silicon eargels (also known as ear tips) in three sizes: small, medium, and large. The ear tips create a comfortable and secure noise cancellation.

These new truly wireless earphones feature Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity and can be connected to two devices simultaneously, which is great if you want to use them with your smartphone and laptop/PC at the same time. By using the Sound+ smartphone app, which is available for both Android and iOS, you can customise and fine-tune the equalizer. You can also change the touch controls (play/pause, skip tracks, answer, and reject calls) using the app. The Jabra Elite 85t is also compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri voice assistants.

The Jabra Elite 85t has a battery life of up to 25 hours (5.5 hours earbuds + 19.5 hours in the case). If you use it without ANC, the battery life can be extended up to 31 hours (7 hours earbuds + 24 hours in the case). The case has a USB Type-C charging port and Qi wireless charging. The Jabra Elite 85t has an IPX4 rating against dust and water resistance and they come with a 2-year warranty. They definitely deserve to be in our list of best truly wireless earphones of 2020.
