Reliance launched the JioBook laptop at the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2022 a few days back. Until now, the JioBook laptop was made available for purchase only for government employees and it was listed on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) website for purchase. Now, the JioBook laptop is listed on the Reliance Digital website, which means that anyone who is interested in the device can purchase it.
The JioBook is an entry-level laptop from Jio and comes with an 11.6-inch display featuring a Snapdragon 665 chipset, 2GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery. Reliance JioBook Laptop Price In India
To recall, the Reliance JioBook was available for purchase via the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) website for ₹19,500 when it launched at the beginning of this month. The laptop is now available for purchase at a lower price of ₹15,799 on the Reliance Digital website. Interested buyers can avail a discount of ₹5,000 through bank credit and debit cards as well as EMI transactions. Customers can also avail 10% discount via Axis, Kotak, ICICI, HDFC, AU Bank, IndusInd, DBS, SBI, and Yes Bank credit/debit cards. The laptop comes in a single blue colour option.

Powering this new device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 665 processor which is paired with 2GB of LPDDR4x RAM. As for the software, the laptop runs JioOS, which is a forked version of Android OS. The JioOS includes Jio Store through which users can install third-party apps.
The JioBook packs 32GB of built-in eMMC storage and it also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 128GB. The whole package draws power from a 5,000mAh battery which is reported to offer over eight hours of battery life on a single charge.
As far as the other features go, the laptop offers 4G LTE support, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5.0, an HDMI port, stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
