Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Plus 2023 Launched With 11.5-inch Display, Mediatek Helio G99 SoC: Price, Specifications

Lenovo has unveiled a new budget Android tablet called the Xiaoxin Pad Plus 2023. The tablet has been launched for the Chinese market and will succeed the Xiaoxin Pad Plus from 2021. The tablet strongly resembles the Redmi Pad, but packs a few new features.

The Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Plus is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset. It is coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 1TB through a microSD card slot. The latest MediaTek chipset also brings support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. 

The Xiaoxin Pad Plus 2023 packs a large 7,700mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging. The tablet features a 11.5-inch LCD display with stylus support with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity. The display also supports DC Dimming and DCI-P3 colour gamut. This is a WUXGA+ panel with 2000 x 1200 pixels resolution. There’s also 120Hz refresh rate and 400 nits of peak brightness. Lenovo has obtained TUV Rheinland Eyesafe 2.0 certification for the device. 

The Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Plus 2023 runs ZUI 14 and features dual microphones and quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support. There’s also a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port for charging. Additionally, the tablet comes with a magnetic pogo pin connector to plug a third party keyboard. 

The tablet features an 8MP front facing camera located on the landscape edge, along with a 13MP camera on the rear. The tablet has a dual tone finish like all other Lenovo tablets and comes in green and grey options. It weighs 520 grams and is 7.4mm thick. 

Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Plus 2023: Price And Availability

The Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Plus 2023 will go on sale exclusively in China. The 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant is priced at RMB 1,799 (roughly ₹20,000), but for a limited period, the tablet will sell at RMB 1,500 (roughly ₹18,000). The tablet also comes with accessories like a stylus (RMB 299), Keyboard and stand (RMB 449), screen protector (RMB 59), and a flip cover (RMB 79).
