LG Electronics launched its latest range of AI dual inverter air conditioners today. LG’s new lineup of ACs have multiple in-built sensors along with varied speed dual rotary compressor technology to improve cooling. This year’s range comprises 57 Split ACs and 4 window inverter ACs.

The prices of Window Inverter ACs range from ₹36,990 to ₹54,990.

The 2022 range of LG air conditioners is said to come with an anti-virus protection filter. LG says that the filter is coated with cationic silver, which supposedly deactivates upto 99 per cent of virus and bacteria and also tries to remove allergens such as pollen and dust from the air. This year’s offerings will also come with features such as UV nano and Air Purification. LG’s UV range of ACs will have Wi-Fi (ThinQ) and Window Inverter ACs will come with Convertible 4-in-1 features. Hot & Cold ACs will have Super Convertible 5-in-1 feature.

The 2022 range of air conditioners from LG are equipped with ADC safety sensors which are said to increase the durability and stability of the air conditioners. When it comes to split ACs, the outdoor units sport Ocean Black Fins that are said to withstand fin corrosion. The AC’s Artificial Intelligence Convertible mode and inbuilt sensors are touted to provide optimal cooling by analyzing inputs from the sensors. LG says that their latest array of air conditioners also comprise two models of the bigger, and highly energy efficient VIRAAT series that have 5-stars and an ISEER rating of 5.2.
