Moto G30 Android 12 Update Starts Rolling Out In Brazil

Motorola has started rolling out a stable Android 12 update for the Moto G30 smartphone in Brazil. The arrival of the Android 12 for the smartphone has been confirmed by multiple users on the Lenovo community forum. The new software update basically includes all the Android 12 features such as improved privacy dashboard, approximate location sharing, toggles for mic and camera, accessibility improvement, and a host of other changes.

Android 12 Update Released For Moto G30

According to XDA Developers, the Android 12 update for the Moto G30 is around 1GB in size and carries the build number S0RCS32.41-10-9-2. The new software update is currently rolling out for the dual-SIM Moto G30 Brazilian variant with model number XT2129-1-DS. Apart from the Android 12 software version, the update also carries the February 2022 Android security patch.

The update includes all the Android 12 features such as Material You design, Conversation widget, approximate location permission, enhanced privacy dashboard, mic and camera indicators, and much more. If you are a Moto G30 user living in Brazil, you can head over to the Settings > System > System updates section to check for the Android 12 update notification.

The update is currently rolling out only in Brazil as of now, but it should be available in all the regions including India in the upcoming few weeks. In a piece of related news, Motorola had rolled out the Android 12 update for the Moto G Pro in the UK last month. The update arrived on the Moto G Pro with the firmware version as S0PR32.44-11-8.

To recall, back in December 2021, Motorola had revealed the list of devices that are supposed to get the Android 12 update. According to reports, a couple of Moto G-series smartphones, Razr handsets, and Edge series devices are supposed to receive the Android 12 update this year.
