Motorola is said to be working on its next flagship with codename Frontier 22, as per a report by WinFuture. The Motorola Frontier is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus processor. It is also said to be the first handset to come with a 200MP camera sensor. Motorola Frontier Renders and Design
The leaked renders showcase a curved display with a centered punch-hole notch at the front of the upcoming Motorola flagship. The back panel of the handset also appears to be made of glass and is curved on both the sides. A rectangular camera module with a triple-rear camera setup can be seen on the top left corner of the back panel. The Motorola Batwing logo can also be seen in the center of the back panel.
Motorola Frontier Specifications and Features
The Motorola Frontier is said to offer a 6.67-inch POLED display with Full HD+ resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+ certification. It is reported to sport a curved display with a punch-hole notch and DCI-P3 Colour gamut.

The upcoming Motorola handset is said to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus processor. It is worth noting that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus hasn’t been announced yet and is expected to be announced sometime later this year.
The leak also reveals that the handset will come in three configurations—8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. The company is said to make use of LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The handset is said to boot Android 12.
The report further suggests that the Motorola Frontier will be the first handset to come with a 200MP camera sensor. The handset is said to offer a triple-rear camera setup including a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and 12X telephoto lens with 2X optical zoom. For selfies, the handset might offer a 60MP front shooter.
The Motorola Frontier is said to be equipped with a 4,500mAh battery unit and 125W fast charging support. The handset might also support wireless charging at 30W or 50W. It is said to pack a USB Type-C port, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and a stereo speaker setup. In terms of connectivity, it might offer 5G, 4G, WiFi 802.11 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and NFC.
