After several teasers and rumours, the Motorola Moto Edge X30 launch date has been confirmed. The Lenovo-owned smartphone brand will launch the Moto Edge X30 in China on December 9, 2021. Motorola took to Weibo today to confirm the information. In global markets, the device is expected to be named Moto Edge 30 Ultra. The device will come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, and Motorola has confirmed the information. The other features of the Moto Edge X30 include a 6.67-inch OLED display, up to 12GB of RAM, a 50MP triple-camera setup, and a 60MP selfie camera.

The device features a 6.67-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. On the software front, we can expect the phone to run Android 12 out of the box.
Moving onto the cameras, the phone might include a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The device could use a 60MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The smartphone might be powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 68W fast charging. As per the leaked information, the device might measure 163.1 x 76.5 x 8.8mm.
Connectivity features of the smartphone could include a dual-SIM card slot, 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port. The smartphone is also tipped to feature stereo speakers and an IP52 rating for water splash resistance.
