Motorola is all set to launch the Moto G32 on August 9, 2022 in the Indian market. A couple of days after the Moto G32 launch, Motorola will launch another G-series handset—the Moto G62 5G—in the country. The brand took it to social media channels to announce that the G62 5G will launch on August 11 in India. To recall, the Moto G62 made its global debut last month in Brazil.
Additionally, a micro-site for the upcoming launch has also gone live on Flipkart, which confirms some of the key specifications of the Moto G62. Let us take a closer look at what Motorola might have in store with the Moto G62.
Moto G62 5G: Specifications And Features
The Moto G62 5G is confirmed to feature a 6.5-inch display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone will sport an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and 6GB/8GB of RAM. It will come paired with 128GB of onboard storage.
Motorola has also confirmed a triple-rear camera setup for the Moto G62 5G. This camera setup on the device will include a 50MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a dedicated macro vision camera. The ultra-wide-angle shooter of the Moto G62 will also double as the depth sensor.

The device will also feature Dolby Atmos audio support. The Moto G62 5G is confirmed to feature an IP52 water repellant design. It will also offer ThinkShield for mobile which provides “business-grade security,” claims the company.
Motorola has also confirmed that the Moto G62 5G will retail in two colour options—Midnight Gray and Frosted Blue. It will come pre-loaded with Android 12. The brand has not revealed details regarding Android updates for the smartphone.
