Motorola had launched its Revou smart TV series last year. Now, the company is adding QLED products to this TV line-up. Thanks to the Quantum Dot technology, QLED TV’s offer better image quality and brightness compared to the LCD TVs with LED backlight. The TVs come in 50-inch and 55-inch sizes. It gets HDR10+ certification along with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos audio, which according to the company, provides an immersive viewing experience. Like all the Motorola TVs, these too come with a bundled wireless gamepad to please the gamers.

The bottom bezel gets a ‘Venner Textured’ surface to enhance its aesthetics. The television supports video content consumption up to 4K resolution (3,840 × 2,160 pixels). The display panels cover 102% of the NTSC colour gamut and Gamma Engine 2.2 for an enhanced viewing experience. It comes with an inbuilt AutoTuneX technology that optimises its brightness, contrast, and colour saturation to offer a more vivid and sharp video output. The television also supports MEMC (Motion Estimation, Motion Compensation) technology. It essentially adds frames to existing videos and bumps up the frame rate from 24-30 fps to 60 fps, allowing smoother visuals.
The Revou-Q TV is powered by a quad-core chipset from MediaTek and comes equipped with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The new Motorola TV runs on Android TV 11 OS with access to around 7,000 apps. Motorola says it comes with an improved UI (User Interface) and the smart remote gets hotkeys for Google Assistant, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and Google Play. For a rich-sounding experience, it gets JBL tuned 30W high-bass speakers constructed using premium polymer and 30W high-octave tweeters. It gets connectivity features such as Wi-Fi b/g/n (2.4GHz and 5GHz), three HDMI 2.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, one LAN part, one antenna, and one optical port.

The Motorola Revou-Q TV price in India starts at ₹49,999 for the 50-inch version. The bigger Motorola Revou-Q 55-inch QLED TV comes with a price tag of ₹54,999. Both will go on sale during Flipkart’s Big Billion Days 2021 sale starting October 3, 2021.
