Nokia G10, C01 Plus Smartphones Launched In India: Price, Features, Availability

HMD Global has launched the Nokia C01 Plus and the Nokia G10 smartphones in India. The Nokia C01 Plus is an affordable device that features an old-fashioned boxy design. The smartphone sports a 5.45-inch HD+ display and it is powered by a Unisoc SC9863A processor. The device features a 5MP front-facing camera, a 5MP rear-facing camera, and a 3,000mAh battery. As for the Nokia G10, it comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ display, featuring a 13MP triple-camera setup at the rear, and an 8MP front-facing camera. The handset is powered by the MediaTek Helio G25 processor and offers dual 4G VoLTE support.

Nokia C01 Plus, Nokia G10 Price In India, Availability

The Nokia C01 Plus price in India is ₹5,999, and it comes in Blue and Purple colour variants. The device is will be available across offline retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and the Nokia India website. The Nokia G10 price in India is ₹12,149 and it comes in Night and Dusk colour variants. The handsets are already available for purchase via Nokia India’s website.

Nokia C01 Plus Specifications

The Nokia C01 Plus sports a 5.45-inch display that has HD+ resolution (1,440 × 720 pixels) and an 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is equipped with a 1.6GHz octa-Core Unisoc SC9863A processor which has the IMG8322 GPU. The device packs 2GB of RAM and 16GB (eMMC 5.1) of internal storage. The handset’s storage can be expanded by up to an additional 128GB via a microSD card slot. The Nokia C01 Plus runs Android 11 (Go Edition) out of the box.

For imaging, Nokia has incorporated a 5MP front-facing camera and a 5MP rear-facing camera on the Nokia C01 Plus. The device measures 148x 71.8 x 9.3mm and weighs 157 grammes. Connectivity features include a dual-SIM card slot, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, FM Radio, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a micro USB port. A 3,000mAh battery fuels the smartphone, but it lacks fast charging support.

The Nokia G10 features a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display that has HD+ resolution (1,600 x 720 pixels) and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Powering the phone is a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 processor. The smartphone packs 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB (eMMC 5.1) of internal storage. The device storage can be expanded with the help of a microSD card slot. The Nokia G10 boots Android 11 and it also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The smartphone also has a dedicated Google Assistant button.

Imaging is taken care of by a triple-camera setup that consists of a 13MP primary main camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies and video-calling, the handset uses an 8MP front-facing camera. Other features of the Nokia G10 include an IPX2 rating, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The whole package is fueled by a 5,050mAh battery that has 10W charging.
