Nothing Phone (1) Receives July 2022 Android Security Patch And Camera Improvements With Latest Software Update

The Nothing Phone (1) was launched in India and in the global markets a few days ago. Following its release, the company recently seeded out the first software update for the handset. The update revamped Nothing OS system sounds, improved Glyph Interface effects for system feedback, optimized battery life and camera effects for HDR, portrait mode, night scene, and more.

Nothing has now rolled out yet another software update for the Nothing Phone (1). The newest software update brings the latest July 2022 Android security patch, battery life optimization, and some camera improvements.

The latest software update which is rolling out for the smartphone is 117MB in size. The update brings features such as improved face unlock performance and colour consistency across the main and ultra-wide sensor. Additionally, it offers better photo clarity when using the ultra-wide camera. The update also introduces an experimental Tesla control feature and NFT Gallery Widget. Moreover, it improves the clarity of the camera when clicking photos in low light environments and fixes some general bugs.
